Local Share Account Application Submission Requests
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) application for the 2023 Statewide Local Share Account (LSA) grant program is now closed.
This program supports projects in the public interest throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Applications must be submitted by an eligible applicant as defined by the program guidelines, this includes county and municipal governments and redevelopment authorities, but projects can be owned and maintained by an eligible applicant or a nonprofit organization.

If your organization is interested in submitting an application, for a project in Lancaster County but outside of Lancaster City, for the 2024 Local Share Round (estimated opening in Summer 2024) staff from the Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority is interested in meeting with you.
