Local Share Account Application Submission Requests
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) application for the 2024 Statewide Local Share Account (LSA) grant program opened on September 1st, 2024.
This program supports projects in the public interest throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Applications must be submitted by an eligible applicant as defined by the program guidelines, this includes county and municipal governments and redevelopment authorities, but projects can be owned and maintained by an eligible applicant or a nonprofit organization.

Applications are due no later than 11:59 pm on Friday, September 27, 2024, and should be submitted via email to Jocelynn Naples at [email protected]. Once applications are received they will be reviewed by a panel of staff and board members during the week of September 30th, and applicants will be notified of next steps no later than Friday, October 11th.
