Permanent Supportive Housing Request for Proposals

The Office for the Homelessness Coalition is pleased to release a Request for Proposal for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units in Lancaster County. The Continuum of Care applied for and was awarded a new PSH program in the amount of $187,281 from the most recent HUD Notice of Funding Opportunity. This much needed supportive housing program (14 units) is to launch in the Fall of 2024 and is the first time in six years that Permanent Supportive Housing units have been added to the CoC! Please carefully review the very detailed Information Packet and Application (PDF refillable). The deadline to apply is August 19, 2024. Auditing Services Request for Proposals

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster (RA) and the Lancaster County Housing Authority (HA), together considered the Authorities (Authorities), are requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to audit both entities' financial statements for the fiscal years of 2024 and 2025 with an optional three (1) year extensions for 2026, 2027, and 2028. Request for Proposals - Clipper Magazine Stadium Roof Replacement

The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for work related to the replacement of the roof at Clipper Magazine Stadium, 650 N. Prince St., Lancaster PA 17603. Responses are due by 1:00pm on Thursday, June 6, 2024, and should be submitted to Steve Kaufhold, Project Manager at [email protected]. LCRA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive proposal informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible proposal that serves the best interest of the organization. LCRA encourages women and minority-owned firms to submit proposals.
