Prince Street Project Work Group

This project is a collaboration of Lancaster County Redevelopment Fund (property owner), the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (developer and operator), Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition partners, and community.

The Coalition is recruiting members for this active work group in the composition of Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition Steering Committee members (2), Coalition members (2-3), and community members (2) including one person with lived expertise. The Office for the Coalition staff will facilitate the group.

At this time, we anticipate monthly virtual or in person meetings beginning in the Summer 2026 through Spring 2027, then bi-monthly.

Applications are due on Monday, June 22 by Noon to the homelesscoalition@lchra.com.

Prince Street Project Social Services RFP

The Coalition is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify qualified, mission-aligned social service providers interested in operating on-site at the facility. The Center anticipates significant community demand, serving a high volume of individuals and families. The mission of the first-floor center is to welcome neighbors in their time of need and offer support and programming to move from hardship and housing insecurity into a place of hope and transformation.

RFP 15 E. High Street Manheim

The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority (LCLBA) is seeking proposals from qualified developers or contractors (Applicants) interested in acquiring and rehabilitating the vacant property located at 15 E. High Street, Manheim Borough (the “Property”). Proposal responses are due no later than July 10, 2026.
