Whole-Home Repair Program
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development provided the County of Lancaster with COVID-19 ARPA Whole-Home Repairs Program funding which were used to assist eligible homeowner applicants address habitability and safety concerns, make needed accessibility improvements for those with disabilities, and provide support to improve energy and water efficiency in their homes.
At this time the waitlist for the Whole Home Repairs Program is closed indefinetly due to high demand for assistance.
If you are experiencing issues related to your sewage system (inclusing an active backup), a lack of water (not due to non-payment), HVAC system (lack of heat or air conditioning if home already has air conditioning), or electrical system (exposed wiring, sparks in outlets, or water backed up in electrical box), or you are facing a condemnation from your municipalitiy and/or have active code violations (provide documentation of violations).
