Homeowner Programs
Homeowner focused programs provided by the Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority include the Home Repair and Manufactured Home Repair Programs, and the Homeowner Assistance Program. The goal of each of these programs is to assist income qualified homeowner occupants make repairs to their homes which are needed to address health, safety, and security issues present in the home. Multi-Family Housing programs provide funding for the construction of new affordable multi-family housing units, including renter and homeownership units, and also provide funds for the rehabilitation of existing rental housing units. Public Improvements Program
The Public Improvements Program serves municipalities and qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations who serve areas and populations determined to be eligible based on the guidelines for the program established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Funds are provided as a grant to assist with costs related to construction.
