Homeowner Assistance Program
The homeowner assistance program has been established to assist income-qualified homeowner occupants in Lancaster County make improvements to their properties that have been required by their municipalities. These improvements include; sidewalk and curb improvements or installation, installation of sewer laterals, and installation of water lines. This assistance is available in municipalities that have a current Memorandum of Understanding with the Redevelopment Authority. This currently includes; Columbia Borough, Elizabethtown Borough, Mount Joy Borough, Manheim Borough, and Strasburg Borough.
