Our Partners are the Foundation

Funders
We are able to increase our impact helping those who experience homelessness or are at risk of homelessness through a funded partnership currently made up of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the County of Lancaster, United Way Lancaster County, Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and City of Lancaster.
With additional support from donors who allow us to fund special projects we are able to provide innovative prevention work. Through our partnerships, we are working together making positive changes for our Lancaster community.
The Office for the Coalition coordinates, applies for, manages, and monitors numerous grants which are awarded to local partner agencies, providing housing and human services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
