Lancaster County and Lancaster City have released the Draft HOME-ARP Allocation Plan and welcome public comment on the plan.
A public hearing on the plan will be held on December 21, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. via zoom. Contact Michaela Allwine at [email protected] or 717.394.0793 ext. 226 for information to join the virtual public hearing.
A survey to provide feedback on plan priorities is available at https://www.lchra.com/home-arp-survey/.

The Board of the Lancaster County Land Bank Authority will meet at 4:00 PM on Tuesday May 25, 2021 followed immediately by the meeting of the Lancaster County Housing Authority, and the meeting of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster thereafter.

The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority and the Department of Community Planning and Economic Development for the City of Lancaster are currently accepting proposals for Single-Family Housing projects for the fiscal year 2020-2021.
A letter of intent is due by 4:30 pm on Friday, December 11, 2020 and all proposals are due by January 8, 2021. Please contact Michaela Allwine at [email protected] for any questions- City or County.
