The Lancaster County Housing Authority is adopting a new Administrative Plan. The proposed plan will be voted on at the February 28 board meeting.
The Lancaster County Housing Authority is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator.
The coordinator will perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and data entry functions related to the tenants’ participation in the Housing Authority’s rental assistance programs, in accordance with local and federal policies and procedures.
They will also provide assistance related to Covid-19 rental assistance program(s).
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation from a standard high school or business school, including courses in business, typing, computer data entry; and
- Two years progressively responsible experience in housing assistance programs or related job tasks; or
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
