Supporting Lancaster's Low Barrier Shelter. DONATE NOW.
THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE experiencing homelessness in Lancaster County keeps growing – and they need your help. Clay Street Emergency Shelter allows individuals to “come as they are” and receive the resources they need to be safe overnight.
After more than 15 years without a permanent shelter, Lancaster City finally has a place for its most vulnerable neighbors to turn every night, all year long. Opened December 30, 2024, the Clay Street Emergency Shelter (CSES) offers 85 beds, a warm welcome, and no barriers to entry. It has provided over 750 individuals experiencing homelessness a dignified place to sleep, shower, and get back on their feet.
Your monthly gift continues to fund the Clay Sheet Shelter operations for the night-by-night needs. Help us make stability part of every neighbors Road to Home. Give today!
