Right-to-Know Law
Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) (65 P.S. §§ 67.101–3104) grants citizens legal access to public government records.
Requests for records pursuant to the Right to Know Law for the Authority must be in writing. The Authority does not accept verbal requests or requests made via telephone. The Authority does not accept anonymous requests. Please download the policy for information related to our Right to Know.
