RFP - Lancaster County Transitional Housing Program Grant Overview and Instructions
We are pleased to announce the release of a new Transitional Housing Program grant opportunity. This funding will support agencies in providing safe, temporary housing and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness as they work toward long-term stability. Agencies that work together with local school districts to provide housing for families will receive priority consideration.
Please see attached the Overview and Instructions for the Request for Proposal. We encourage all interested agencies to review the guidance and consider applying. Please note that there is a swift start date of April 6, 2026, for this one-year program.

Funding Amount: $145,500 total grant (no administration allotment and no match requirement)
