The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority, on behalf of the County of Lancaster, will submit the Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) no later than August 16th, 2022.
A draft of the Annual Action Plan is currently available for public review and comment between Friday, June 24, 2022 and Wednesday, July 27, 2022 prior to the meeting of the Lancaster County Commissioners. A copy of the draft plan is available at the link below. A public meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 via Zoom to review the contents of the plan. The second Substantial Change to the Annual Action Plan for 2019 includes the allocation of the second round of CARES funds through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), Public Law 116-136. These funds will be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
The public comment period for the Plan begins with this notice (April 1, 2021) and ends prior to the Lancaster County Board of Commissioner’s meeting on April 13, 2021.
