The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority is looking for proposals for new construction on the site of the property to be demolished at 336 Main Street in Denver Borough. After a developer is selected, the Land Bank Authority will hold the property and demolish the existing building at the site. The cleared site will then be transferred to the selected developer for new construction. We will be holding a site inspection of the property’s existing conditions on Monday, October 3rd from 9:00-11:00 AM, and completed proposals will be due on Monday, October 24th by 4:00 PM.
