Transitional Housing Program Grant Opportunity

Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition (PA-510 Continuum of Care) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new Transitional Housing Grant Program, made possible through $150,000 in PHARE funding awarded to expand housing options for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Lancaster County. The funding will support nonprofit organizations seeking to launch new or expand existing transitional housing programs to help households quickly move from homelessness into stable housing. Agencies that work together with local school districts to provide housing for families will receive priority consideration.
