Home4Good 2025 Grant Opportunity

We are pleased to announce the release of a the Home4Good grant opportunity through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) to provide grant funds to help those who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. This funding opportunity is intended to strengthen services that prevent and reduce homelessness through innovative, evidence-based, and person-centered approaches. Key Details:

Letter of Interest Deadline: Monday, June 30, 2025 at 5:00pm

Funding Amount: $157,955 total grant - Given the funding priorities, we anticipate there will be 4-6 grantees selected for the 2025 Home4Good grant. A requested minimum of $15,000 and maximum of $50,000 per agency.

Project Period: January 2026 – January 2027

O4C Seeks Consultant for Tri-County Youth Homelessness Systems Improvement

The Office for the Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition (O4C), in partnership with the Berks and York Counties' Continuum of Care lead agencies, is seeking proposal from qualified individuals or firms to serve as a consultant for the Youth Homeless Systems Improvement grant. This initiative, funded by HUD, aims to enhance coordination within homeless response systems, amplify youth voices in decision-making, and address systemic gaps contributing to youth homelessness.
