New Transitional Housing Grant Program, Releases Request for Proposals
Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition (PA-510 Continuum of Care) today announced the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new Transitional Housing Grant Program, made possible through $150,000 in PHARE funding awarded to expand housing options for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Lancaster County. The funding will support nonprofit organizations seeking to launch new or expand existing transitional housing programs to help households quickly move from homelessness into stable housing. Agencies that collaborating with local school districts supporting families in transition will receive priority consideration. Download now.
