2016: The Lancaster Redevelopment Fund, Inc. is created to serve as a non-profit fundraising arm for the Redevelopment Authority
2017: The Lancaster Land Bank Authority is established to expand the impact and reach of blight remediation efforts in Lancaster County
2022: The Offices for the Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition and Reentry Coalition are relocated to the Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority, which support the coalitions through the provision of staff, office space, and a nonprofit fundraising mechanism
