October 30, 2025

Lancaster, PA — The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority is pleased to announce the transition of ownership for the Lancaster Stormers to Prospector Baseball Group (PBG).

As the owners of Penn Medicine Park, we extend our deepest gratitude to the former ownership group of the Lancaster Stormers, Bob Zuckerman, Steve Zuckerman, Ian Ruzow and Rob Liss whose dedication, leadership, and investment have helped make the team and facility a source of pride for the Lancaster community. Their commitment to excellence both on and off the field has created lasting memories for fans and strengthened the bond between the team and the city it represents.

“We are deeply appreciative of the outgoing Stormers ownership for their partnership and their years of stewardship,” said Justin Eby, LCHRA Executive Director. “They’ve helped make Penn Medicine Park more than just a ballpark—it’s a place where community, family, and fun come together.”

Looking ahead, we are excited to collaborate with PBG and their team to continue enhancing the fan experience and promoting community engagement through the Lancaster Stormers organization. Together, we look forward to building on the strong foundation that has been established and ensuring Penn Medicine Park remains the “#1 Ballpark in the Country” as it was recently awarded recognition by Ballpark Digest.

The Lancaster Stormers have long been a cherished part of Lancaster County’s culture, providing not only high-quality baseball but also family-friendly entertainment and community-focused events throughout the year. We look forward to their new ideas to utilize the facility and ensure continued growth and development for the area. We are confident that under PBG’s ownership, that tradition will continue to thrive and evolve for years to come.
