Lancaster County’s Fiscal Year 2019
Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority, on behalf of the County of Lancaster, will submit the Fiscal Year 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on March 30, 2020. The Authority is now providing a public comment period for the Report.
The Report details the performance of Lancaster County’s Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) for the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. It provides an assessment of program progress according to specific objectives and activities and an analysis of the programs’ benefits to low- and moderate-income residents of Lancaster County.
A copy of the report is available for public review in the offices of the Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority at 28 Penn Square, Suite 200, Lancaster, PA. Additional copies of the report are available in the Lancaster County Commissioner’s Office and on the Redevelopment Authority’s website at www.lchra.com.
A formal comment period will be open from March 9, 2020 to March 27, 2020. Comments made in writing during this period will be forwarded to HUD along with the CAPER.
