O4C Seeks Consultant for Tri-County Youth Homelessness Systems Improvement
The Office for the Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition (O4C), in partnership with the Berks and York Counties' Continuum of Care lead agencies, is seeking proposal from qualified individuals or firms to serve as a consultant for the Youth Homeless Systems Improvement grant. This initiative, funded by HUD, aims to enhance coordination within homeless response systems, amplify youth voices in decision-making, and address systemic gaps contributing to youth homelessness.

All proposals must be submitted electronically as a Word or PDF document to Beth Dryer-DeGoede, Executive Administrative Assistant, at [email protected]. The subject line of the email should be "Tri-County YAB Consultant Proposal".
