The Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Annual Community Assessment for Lancaster County for the period of January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 is now available for public review. The performance review covers the three entitlement grants (Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, Emergency Solutions Grant) the County receives from HUD.
