The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lancaster and the Department of Community Planning and Economic Development of the City of Lancaster (County and City) are now accepting letter of intent responses for the joint Fiscal Year 2022-23 Multi-Family Rental Housing and Single-Family Homeowner Occupied Housing funding program.
The letter of intent form is due by 4:30 pm on April 11, 2022 and all applications are due by May 18, 2022. Please contact Michaela Allwine, Director of Housing and Community Development at [email protected] or 717-394-0793 ext. 226 with any questions.
