About the Prince Street Project

The Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition is pleased to announce a new partnership opportunity through the Prince Street Project, located at 134–136 S. Prince Street, Lancaster, PA 17603.

This innovative community-based center will feature affordable housing, transitional housing, and a first-floor resource center designed to connect community members with critical services and support.

  • Fully ADA Accessible

The project is rooted in a simple but powerful mission: to address housing insecurity by providing real, accessible solutions for people who need them most.

Project Timeline

The Prince Street Project is expected to receive occupancy permits and begin operations in October 2027.

Partnership Opportunity

The Coalition is seeking qualified, mission-aligned social service providers interested in operating on-site within the Center.

The Center is expected to serve a significant number of individuals and families experiencing housing instability and related challenges.

The mission of the first-floor center is to welcome neighbors in their time of need and provide support, resources, and programming that help people move from hardship and housing insecurity to a place of hope and transformation.

Selected organizations will be offered shared space within the Center to deliver direct services to clients.

Important Information

This is not a grant funding opportunity.

 -  Selected providers will participate through a collaborative co-location/co-resourcing model.

 - Services currently under consideration are listed in the attached RFP.

 - The list of services is not all-inclusive and may expand as planning continues.

 - Future fundraising efforts will support the Center's operational needs and service delivery model.
