Clay Street Emergency Shelter

The Clay Street Emergency Shelter provides safe, low-barrier emergency shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness in Lancaster County. The shelter offers overnight accommodations, meals, case management, housing navigation, and connections to supportive services.

Manor Youth House

Manor Youth House provides emergency housing and supportive services for youth experiencing homelessness, helping young people achieve stability while connecting them to education, employment, healthcare, and permanent housing resources.

Lancaster County Shelter Network

Lancaster County offers both year-round emergency shelter options and seasonal winter shelter programs to ensure individuals experiencing homelessness have access to safe shelter throughout the year.

Point-in-Time Count (PIT)

Each year, volunteers throughout Lancaster County participate in the federally required Point-in-Time Count to identify individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The data collected helps guide funding decisions, improve services, and better understand local needs.
