Home4Good 2026 grant opportunity through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has been released. This opportunity is designed to provide grant funds to help those who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. This funding opportunity is intended to strengthen services that prevent and reduce homelessness through innovative, evidence-based, and person-centered approaches. Letter of Interest Deadline: Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 5:00 pm
Funding Amount: $153,900 total grant
Given the funding priorities, we anticipate there will be 3-6 grantees selected for the grant. A requested minimum of $15,000 and maximum of $50,000 per agency.
Project Period: January 2027 – January 2028
